Where do your designs come from?

All designs are 100% hand-drawn by our artist and are not AI generated.

All products are 100% prepared and shipped by us and we're not a dropshipping business.

The item is out of stock.

The last thing we want is for our customers to not be able to get the product they want. We're constantly restocking our inventories so please check back soon.

You can also contact us with any request you might have and we will take care of it asap.

When do you ship out orders?

We will ship orders 2-3 times per week to ensure that your orders arrive in a timely manner.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, every product is available internationally.
We also offer free international shipping on all orders totaling $50+.
Gift box items are not included in our free international shipping offer.

Shipping Information

Overview

At checkout you will be provided with multiple shipping options to
choose from. Prices and shipping times will vary depending on where
you're located.

Once your order has been processed you will be provided with an email
containing the tracking information for your order. You can use this
number to see the status of your shipment.

Continental US (Free Shipping)

All domestic (Continental United States) orders are shipped via USPS with tracking, from Orange County, California.

Shipping will usually take 3-5 business days.

International Mail & Non-Continental US (Free Shipping On Orders $50+)

We offer a number of different shipping options for international customers:

Simple Export Option

First Class Package International

Priority Mail Express International

Priority Mail International

Shipping times will vary depending on where you're located and method of shipment.

Please note:

International buyers are responsible for any duties & taxes if applicable.

Not all products are available for free international shipping.

Gift Boxes are excluded from free international shipping.
